I am feeling way better today thank goodness. Being sick with a cold while pregnant is not fun. My stomach and back is pretty sore today from coughing and blowing my noise so much I think.. but doing so much better overall.
So excited that today is Thursday and the weekend is almost here, I am ready for it.
Feeling my daughter move more and more, her kicks/hits are getting harder too, which is pretty crazy. I am definitely growing alot faster too, my sides,back and tummy get so tight at night because I have no more room to get bigger out front I think so it is stretching. (Which makes me a little scared that I might start getting stretch marks.. I have been using lotion and trying to drink alot to prevent them but has me a little nervous).
Well I hope everyone has a good day and I will try to post a new belly bump picture this weekend to show everyone how big I am getting.

Sick
Sorry I have not wrote or been on for a while.. I have a cold & a rash so I went to Urgent Care yesterday and they said yeah you have a viral infection and not sure what the rash is from. But because I am pregnant there is nothing they can really give me.. ugh! I just have to suffer through it. Do nasal rinses, humidifier.. It is going to take a long time to get over this with taking nothing.. As far as the rash on my neck and chest they think it is a reaction to the cold or just the pregnancy and to just keep ointment on it. So going to urgent care yesterday did nothing for me that I did not already know or do but wanted to go to make sure it wasn't anything more. My heart rate was really high 120 and the Dr's were concerned about that. The cardiologist took me off of my beta blocker with being pregnant and i think it is just going to take time for my body to get use to not being on anything. My oxygen level was fine though so they didn't press anything.
Other then that Paige is getting bigger and being more and more active I can feel her more through out the day now, it is so exciting. It use to be that I only felt her in the mornings and when I was laying down to go to bed. Ben is able to feel her more too which is really cool, I know he likes to feel her move. He will walk by and rub my belly more and more it is cute.
Starting to get everything going on the baby shower, I am going to make my invitations so deciding what I want to do and then I will start buying everything to get them made up. Excited to have the shower in March.

Computer Problems
Our Modum went down at home so I have not been able to scan or upload any new pictures.. the guy is suppose to be coming out tomorrow to look at, hopefully fix so I can get some new pictures up. I have a few belly pictures..

Flutters
Well I have been feeling Miss Paige's flutters the end of this last week and over the weekend. It is a pretty cool but weird feeling at the same time. This last week she punched/kicked in the same spot 3 times and then she must of been moving/changing positions because it was all fluttery everywhere, it was pretty crazy feeling it all. It is really cool though. Over the weekend she was moving around some, I had Ben lay his head on my tummy and he listed he thought he heard some moving around, but who really knows. haha. I know he really wants to be able to feel her move though because when I put my hand on my tummy he will move mine and put his there and says "I want to feel". I don't think he has actual felt anything yet it is a little too soon.
The obgyn wants me to go see the specialist one more time to look at my Placenta again. I am not sure why, it makes me think something is wrong.. I go back to the obgyn at the end of the month I am going to be asking questions that is for sure. I looked up information on the Placenta and I am wondering if it is not "moving up" like it is suppose to be doing and that is why.. not sure. When I find out I will let you know the update.
Oh yeah by the way Ben's results came back for the blood problems and he is good, no problems with him so that was a relief to hear. :) Good News!!

18 Weeks today
I cannot believe I am 18 weeks already, the time is flying by. I am showing more and more all day, I use to not really show until the end of the day with all the eating and drinking all day would make me big. But now I look prego in the mornings..
I was taking a shower last night and realized that it is getting harder to shave my legs.. a little weird not to be able to do very easily anymore.. I know it will be harder and harder as I get bigger.

Its a GIRL!!
Had my Drs apt on Monday and we were told that it is a GIRL!! So excited. I would have been happy with either one but I am excited to have a little girl. Ben was giving the Technician a hard time while she was doing the ultrasound, she started by measuring the baby and then asked if we knew what we were having, we told her no and she said do you want to know... We answered yes.. She said Its a Girl.. Ben said "dang it" the technician said I take it you didn't want a girl, Ben said no I just have been joking with my friends that it is a boy.. we are happy with whichever. It was funny.
We got to get a couple of good pictures.. I want to go to a Ultrasound place to get some more pictures when I am a little bit further along.
We got to see her little hands and feet.. One hand was at her side and the other one was next to her face. Her foot was "tapping" it was the cuties thing ever.. (I told Ben, she is warming up to kick your butt when she gets out because you kept calling her a boy. haha.)
After the Drs apt we went to babies r us to start our registry.. that was alot of fun because you are shopping without really spending money.
Feeling pretty good the past few days.. I asked the Dr about my pain in my lower left hand side that I was having this last Saturday that I woke up with and he said that it is my uterus growing and it can cause some pretty bad pain sometimes and because I am smaller I will probably feel a little more then normal. For me to relax more.. no lifting heavy stuff and to not do so much. It is so hard for me to sit around and do nothing, I am not a sit around person. haha.. Ben keeps yelling at my though, so I am listening more and more to him.
